Design Services
The One Engineering offer design services to our customers. After the customer defines product function, form factor, preliminary ID or mechanical design, we can take over to finish the detail design and iterate with customer. Furthermore, we can offer design simulation on thermal, mechanical and manufacturing process; while a prototype verification is needed, we have several rapid prototyping in place to verify form fit, function, etc.
We have successfully phase in several production business through early design-in and validation. We believe this will provide customer a cost effective way to implement design ideas.
Manufacturing Services
The One specializes in the most fundamental plastic and metal manufacturing process. Especially for those required stringent application requirement and high aesthetic demand.
With accumulated experience from working with high demand top tier customers, The One handle material at most flexible and fastest pace. With a comprehensive in-house process and external resources, we believe we can fulfill most of your manufacturing needs.
VMI Services
The One provides VMI services to US-based customers. During the chaos of logistics transportation, it's even more critical to have stock locally to promptly accommodate market demands. The One will arrange production based on customer-provided forecast and position materials in VMI warehouse located in Ontario, California. Once the initial deployment is completed, customers will have much more flexibility to pull in materials based on their real-time demand. We believe VMI services will be even more critical than ever during the chaotic period of the global logistic situation.
